Delivery Charges & Terms at Pop Couture

Pop Couture online purchases may only be delivered to the billing address of your credit/debit card. For security purposes it will require a signature by an adult aged over 18 upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

Delivery charges are as below when you place an order and is non-refundable. Please allow one to two business days for process of your order unless expressly stated otherwise, excluding the delivery service time. Purchases are delivered by various couriers according to the delivery address. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Pop Couture cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please note that online orders are subject to availability of stock.

You may select one of the following delivery methods at the final billing stage:

UK Standard Delivery: (3 – 5 working days): £2.95

UK Next Day Delivery: £3.95. This service is available Monday to Thursday with the exception of bank holidays. Before placing your order, please note that if you place your order before 3.30pm on Monday to Thursday it will be dispatched the same day in order to arrive the following day. Our couriers cannot guarantee a specific delivery time within 8am to 4pm window. If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will leave a card with details of how to collect your parcel from the depot or how to rearrange a delivery.

Saturday Delivery: For UK Orders Only placed before 3.30pm on Friday: £7.00

Multiple Items: If your order is made up of multiple items some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen you will only pay one delivery charge and we will send you two dispatch confirmation e-mails to advise you of which items have been dispatched in each parcel.

EU Delivery: £7.50 regardless of parcel size (up to a maximum of 2kg). Standard delivery (7 – 10 days).

Worldwide: £15.95 regardless of parcel size (up to a maximum of 2kg). Please allow up to 10 working days.

Please note:

Once your parcel is received in your country, then your countries postal service procedures will apply.

Any additional cost for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.
